We are launching faceted search in Engineering Village 2 tomorrow. So far initial reaction has been positive. Cristina has already posted on this. As Keith Instone mentioned months ago, aside many benefits of faceted searching, we are bringing "fun" into the search process.

Engineering Village 2 with Faceted Searching

Finally we are launching faceted search on EV2. The announcement just went out and Randy already included in his blog Thanks Randy.

This feature has been cooking since 2002, and finally we got it in beta version. We still have few enhancements that we need to do, but as it is this is a great improvement, it will give the end users a "steering wheel" for searching EV2. Everyone at Ei is very proud of this release.
