I don't quite understand completely (maybe not even halfway!), but it looks like an interesting way to reorganize data.
Now if only I could get my Doctor Who on this side of the pond directly from the Beeb so I wouldn't have to resort to other measures and/or watching the slashed, commercial-laden US cable versions.
You can get some BBC programs online using the BBC iPlayer (http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/). The iPlayer normally only works for people in the UK, but if you have an Elsevier laptop with the company VPN software and use it to VPN through the Oxford office, your computer, and the iPlayer, thinks you are from the UK and will let you watch programs.
