No 5 Year plans at Google

This is a great comment. In the early days of a cheminformatic start-up I worked at that's how it was. And then people got management training and it was all about 5 year plans. I never supported that direction. Nimble and quick...with a vision. But documented five year plans in the world of software...very tricky!
