1.1 million users per developer in Facebook is terrific....compared to the 89,000(1.7 billion users/20,000 employees) of the 'ubiquitous' Google....
The "extreme agility" concept is one that could be of great value to large companies facing the need to have very rapid cycle times to iterate improved versions of software in a demanding and rapidly shifting business landscape, even if they fell short of the micro-cycles that Facebook seems to have achieved so far.
